Sizes and Prices for Archival Paper Prints
All of Rita’s individual images are produced in one size only. This is to maintain traditional printmaking practices. The edition is considered to consist of “multiple originals,” meaning that all aspects of the image are consistent, with possible minor differences due to the processes involved.
Most of Rita’s digigraphs, or digital photographs, are produced in a ratio of 2:3 and a size that works with a standard frame: 6” x 9” (framed 10” x 14”); 9” x 13” (framed 16” x 20”); 13.36” x 20” (framed 22” x 30”); and 20” x 30” (framed 30” x 40”). The mat and frame size is a recommendation. Your individual taste may dictate slight differences. Prices are as follows:

Ordering Details for Prints
Each of the digigraphs in an edition is printed on demand, unless one happens to be in the current inventory. Please allow one to two weeks for processing after you place your order. Each printed digigraph is signed by the artist and numbered in sequential order (maximum of 50), according to traditional printmaking practices.
Shipping and Handling Information for Art Prints
Ensure your digital art prints maintain their stunning appearance by always following proper handling procedures. For shipment, Rita’s prints are gently rolled and placed in a mailing tube with non-crushable packing materials. Once your order arrives, follow these instructions to safely remove the print from the tube: slightly dampen a fingertip and carefully twist the print to make it roll a little tighter in diameter. With your finger and thumb grasping all layers of the rolled print, gently pull the print all the way out from the tube. Do not release until it is completely removed.
Always handle your digigraph print with clean hands or soft cotton gloves, and only at the edges. Be careful not to allow the print to bend. A crease or wrinkle is nearly impossible to remove. To smooth the print after removing it from the tube, carefully unroll it and place on a flat surface. Cover it with clean paper (no printed newspaper) or cloth and place heavy weights on top. Allow the print to adjust to the environment for a couple of days. It will then be relatively flat.
Protect your purchase so that you may enjoy it for years to come by framing your new print. Rita recommends having the print professionally matted with archival matboard and backing materials and framed with non-glare glass. Although Plexiglas is much lighter in weight, it is a dust magnet and scratches easily.
The print should be matted with the title, edition number and signature showing. Generally, the top and side margins should be equal with the bottom margin slightly larger to accommodate the signature. The inks are archival quality and should last for more than 75 years, but it is still best to not display the print where it receives direct sunlight.
